Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SiteSnap’s website, web dashboard, and mobile app. By signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you created the organization, that organization.

The service

SiteSnap is software for construction inspection and progress records: walks, photos, findings, jobs, reports, and related office tools. It is provided as a hosted subscription to invited organizations. Access is account-gated. We may offer a limited self-serve signup when we publish a signup code; joining an existing organization is done by that organization’s admin.

Accounts

• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your login.
• Organization admins are responsible for who they invite, what role they assign, and the content their team uploads.
• You must be old enough to form a contract in your country and authorized to use SiteSnap for your employer or client.

Acceptable use

You may not use SiteSnap to:

• break the law, or upload content you have no right to share;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the service;
• resell access without a written agreement with us;
• upload malware or attempt to access another organization’s data.

Inspection photos should be of construction work and related conditions. Do not use the product to collect unrelated personal photos or to surveil people.

Your content

The organization owns the inspection records it creates (photos, remarks, reports). You grant SiteSnap a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service, including optional AI features if the organization has SiteSnap Pro. We do not claim ownership of your site photos or reports.

Confidentiality and site data

Construction drawings and defect photos can be commercially sensitive. The organization decides who may see a project. We will not disclose customer content except to operate the service, comply with law, or with the organization’s instruction.

Availability

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Offline capture on the phone depends on the device. You should keep copies of reports that you must retain for contract or statutory reasons.

Fees and plans

Paid plans, seat limits, and optional Pro AI are described in your order or in-product package. Unpaid or terminated organizations may lose login access. We may change features with notice where it materially affects a paid plan.

Liability

SiteSnap is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It does not replace professional engineering judgement, statutory inspections, or site safety duties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made from inspection data. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees paid to us for the organization in the three months before the claim.

Account deletion and termination

You may delete your own login as described in the Privacy Policy. The last organization admin cannot delete themselves while they remain the only admin. Either party may stop using the service. We may suspend access for unpaid invoices, abuse, or legal risk. After an organization is closed, we delete or anonymize remaining personal data within a reasonable period unless law requires a longer hold.
